This privacy policy covers Mora for iPhone, this website and support communications with Jensen Tang, operating as miniml.apps.
Data stored in Mora
Mora does not require an account. Your games, saved history, rating, statistics, practice positions, appearance preferences, sound/haptic settings and local cosmetic progress are stored on your device. Gameplay and chess analysis run on your device.
Mora does not include advertising, tracking or a developer-operated gameplay analytics service. We do not receive your move history, local rating or game statistics through the app. Mora does not operate a cloud account or progress-sync service. Your device’s own backup settings may affect whether local app data is included in Apple backups.
App Store purchases
Apple processes optional cosmetic purchases, payments and refunds. Mora uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to verify transactions and restore eligible purchases. Purchase and entitlement information is processed by the app to unlock cosmetics. We do not receive your card details, Apple Account password or payment information through Mora.
Apple’s App Store services, developer reporting and any diagnostics you choose to share with Apple are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple settings. This policy does not replace Apple’s policies.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue and keep relevant support correspondence. Gmail processes email on our behalf under Google’s privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the issue, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete support information by emailing the contact above; we may retain information where an applicable obligation requires it.
This website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. It may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser/request details and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, newsletter forms or third-party embedded media. Its pages, styles and images are served from the same site. We do not set marketing cookies or use browser storage for advertising or analytics.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. Information you provide for support and technical website requests may be processed by our service providers, including Google and Cloudflare, in countries outside Australia. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
Your choices
You can play Mora without contacting us or providing an account. Local app data can be removed by deleting Mora from your device; this does not delete Apple purchase records or data retained in your device backups. Restore purchases does not restore local game progress.
For access, correction, deletion requests or a privacy concern about support information held by us, email miniml.apps@gmail.com. Tell us what you are requesting and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. New data collection or online features would require a corresponding update before use.
